Late check-out can be arranged prior to your stay.

Late check-in is always possible with the code lock. You will receive a personal code upon confirmation of your reservation. With that code, you can open the front door and the gate. In the kitchen, you can find 2 key cards that you can use during your stay.

The operators place great importance on the cleanliness of the vacation home. After your stay, please leave it tidy:

  • Clean up the house
  • Put everything back in its place
  • Empty the trash bins
  • Clean the countertop
  • Put the clean dishes in the cupboard
  • Leave the bathroom clean
  • Leave the house spotless

Please close the back door from the inside, leave the keycards at the counter where you found them upon arrival, and pull the front door closed behind you.

One night costs 350 EUR. For this, you get:

  • 2 bedrooms with a nice king-size bed (180 x 200)
  • and the rest of the vacation home fully at your disposal (Garden, terraces, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and office)
  • Private access to the wellness area
  • Firewood for the sauna / BBQ
  • Bed linen and towels

For a stay of 2 or more nights, a lower rate of250 EURper night applies. For arrivals on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we have a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Adeposit of 500 EURis required. This will be refunded no later than 14 days after departure, provided no damage or loss has been found.

The vacation home is rented out in an atmosphere of mutual respect. It is prohibited to use the vacation home for organizing parties and smoking is not allowed in the house or outbuildings. By making a reservation, you agree to these general terms and conditions and the house rules.

The tenant is responsible for the property. If the stay is a cozy gathering with friends or family, you are very welcome. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties, etc. is prohibited. In case of violation, the rental period will be terminated without the tenant having any right to reclaim the remaining rent.

The main tenant is liable for any damage caused by him, her, co-tenants, or any visitors. This also applies if damage is discovered after departure. Costs for the damage caused will be charged through the security deposit. If everything is in order, we will return the deposit to you. If something breaks in or around the property, we would greatly appreciate it if you report it. It can happen to anyone that something breaks.

The vacation home will be thoroughly cleaned and delivered in good condition to the tenant before use. When leaving the property, the house must be left in good condition. This means tidy and clean.

You are staying in a rural area, and we kindly ask you to respect the neighbors' peace at night. Noise outside is legally prohibited after 10:00 PM. In case of violation, all individuals will be removed from the vacation home without prior warning and without refund of any rental fees.

Adding extra beds, mattresses, tents, caravans, or mobile homes is not allowed.

There is a total smoking ban in the house and garage. Smoking is allowed outside the house and garage, but all cigarette butts must be removed before leaving the vacation home.

It is not allowed to make a fire in the garden or in the fireplace. Only firewood provided by the owners may be used in the sauna or BBQ. This is to limit odor and smoke nuisance.

To avoid damage to walls or furniture, moving the furniture is not allowed.

It is not allowed to charge an electric car via a power outlet. There is a charging point provided (max 4 kW) at the house. In the nearby parking areas (church square and cemetery), there are charging points up to 22 kW. At the Q8 gas station at the on- and off-ramps of the E313, there are fast chargers available up to 300 kW.

Pets are not allowed.

Upon arrival, the beds are made and there is sufficient bath and kitchen linen available. We ask that bath and kitchen linen NOT be washed by guests. If you would like the bath or kitchen linen to be replaced or refreshed during your stay, please feel free to let the operators know.

All small trash bins must be emptied upon departure. The garbage must be sorted:

  • Residual waste
  • PMD
  • Paper / cardboard
  • GFT
  • Glass

It is strictly forbidden to burn garbage in the BBQ.

By car:

The vacation home is easily accessible and located at the addressHoflaan 26 - 3730 Bilzen Hoeselt1.5 km from the E313.

There is parking space for at least 3 cars on the premises.

For EV drivers, there is a charging point on the driveway (max 4kW) and within walking distance, there are public charging points of 11 and 22 kW. At the exit of the E313 (1.5 km), there are Q8 fast chargers of 300 kW.

By bike:

The property is located between junction 519 and junction 108 of the Limburg Cycling Route Network. There is a secure bike storage (garage) with power supply to charge electric bikes.

We offer a clear all-in price for the stay in the holiday home. You can certainly expect the following:

  • 2 bedrooms with double bed (180 x 200), 1 bathroom with shower.
  • In the garden: a hot tub, barrel sauna, and outdoor shower
  • Made beds and quiet bedrooms with ample storage space
  • Towels and bathrobes
  • Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner
  • A bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, hairdryer, and sufficient storage space
  • The hot tub is at temperature
  • An outdoor shower
  • A box of firewood and kindling for the barrel sauna (Firewood is replenished upon request)
  • Two sun terraces with garden furniture and loungers in a spacious fenced garden
  • A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and a coffee machine (filled with delicious coffee beans)
  • Pepper, salt, olive oil, and sugar cubes, dishwasher tablets, and garbage bags
  • Cutlery, dishes, wine, beer, and water glasses
  • Cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, washer/dryer combo, ironing board, and iron
  • Large freezer in the garage
  • Cozy BBQ (type Ofyr)
  • An EV charging station in the driveway
  • An inspiring desk with laptop stand and 24" screen (USB-C)
  • Tip-Top Wi-Fi with a super-fast internet connection throughout the property
  • 43" flat screen TV with TV-Vlaanderen and Netflix as well as board games
  • A cozy decor complemented with a touch of Limburg hospitality ;-)

The holiday home is not equipped for children and there are no cribs provided. We focus more on parents who want to enjoy each other without children for a while.

Is breakfast provided?

No, we do not provide breakfast for our guests. However, we can arrange for a breakfast basket to be delivered.
